Shade has an SPF of about 5-7, which means that an additional form of protection is much needed. It is suggested that 15 SPF sunscreen is applied on a daily basis.

That being said, the back of your body is just as important as everywhere else. Keep your skin protected! We’ve made it just a bit easier for you to do that on your own. Now you can apply sunscreen (or aloe vera if you forgot) to that hard to reach area on your back and do it independently!
